The Bleu de Graven has a wonderfully creamy taste, and the blue grizzle can clearly be tasted, but certainly not overpowering in taste. Delicious on a piece of baguette or together with a good glass of wine. Bleu de Graven can also be used very well in hot dishes such as lasagna or a cheese fondue.
