The youngest cheese of the Snoek family from Stolwijk in South Holland.
5 times a week, Gert-Jan Snoek makes Stolweide cheeses from fresh milk. The cheese is heated briefly to kill any bacteria present and to achieve a nice, consistent quality of cheese. We sell the Jonge Stolweide cheese at 5 weeks old, which gives this cheese an extremely soft character and is super creamy. From mid-May, this is the farm's grass cheese.
