Manchego. For us, perhaps the most famous Spanish sheep cheese. We sell this beautiful cheese at an age of approximately 3 months, which gives this cheese a fairly hard structure with a super pure taste. This manchego can be used well in various dishes, but is ideally suited for drinks.
