Returns

Right of return 

You can return an item within 14 days. This is only possible if the product is in its original packaging and completely sealed. If possible, please return the product in the shipping packaging in which you received it. If this is not possible, pack the product as well as possible. 

Exceptions 

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts, unless expressly agreed otherwise: 

• Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, such as cheese. 
• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery, e.g. cheese. 

Return costs 

The costs for returning products are to be borne by the customer. 

Return process 

Register your return by sending an email to info@kaeseonlinebestellen.de. 
In your e-mail, state the order number, the reason for the return and the items concerned. You will receive a reply with further instructions as soon as possible. 

Right of cancellation 

You can return an item within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of return described above, the exceptions, the return costs and the return process also apply to the right of cancellation.
