Freshness guarantee

We cut each piece of cheese fresh for you so that you can enjoy a fresh piece of cheese for the longest time. Each cheese is vacuum-packed separately. This keeps the cheese fresh for at least 10 weeks. On each packaging you will also find a sticker with the date, weight and type of cheese.

Packaging

The cheese is packed with filling material so that it arrives undamaged and as nice as possible to you. In the summer months, we add cool-packs to your order to make sure the cheese arrives fresh. You can reuse these cool-packs. You will also find cheese paper in the pack to help you keep the cheese in your fridge at its best.

Delivery guarantee

We pack all orders carefully and ship them via reliable carriers. After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail so you can see exactly when your order will be delivered. Our shipments are insured. If something is not to your satisfaction with your order, please contact us immediately. We will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible.
