This raw milk farmer's cheese has everything a good cheese should have, it is super full and rich in taste with just the right aftertaste. It is precisely this aftertaste that characterizes a ''real'' farmhouse cheese made from raw, fresh milk. This milk is processed directly from the cow into the cheese tub without heating, which creates the characteristic farmer's cheese taste.

The topper is made at cheese farm Kool from Stolwijk in South Holland.
