A beautiful farmhouse cheese from the Kool Family from Stolwijk

This Stolwijkse farmer's cheese extra matured is the topper, a cheese wonderfully creamy, endlessly creamy and the spicy taste as a spicy farmer's cheese should be. The extra mature has been ripening in peace and quiet under natural conditions for over 10 months. No climate control, but ripened as a cheese should be able to ripen.
